This is a summary of our Standard Terms. Please request a copy of the file for details. If you have questions or concerns about any of our Terms, contact us - we’ll be happy to work with you to find mutually acceptable terms.

1. We protect your privacy, including your trade secrets and any other confidential / proprietary information.

2. We guarantee your satisfaction with our services, within some reasonable limits. We do not guarantee other companies products and services, even when we recommend them.

3. We install software as requested, but you are responsible for software licensing.

4. We can not guarantee perfection of hardware or software.  Backup is essential. Our liability is limited to restoration of data from the most recent working backup.

5. Standard service hours are weekdays 9AM to 7PM. If you make arrangements to have work done outside these time, extra charges apply. (If daytime work runs late, that’s no problem.) One hour on-site minimum; other fees might apply.

6. You agree to pay us. Payment is sometimes required at time of service.
